Tony Lucas MCIAT

Tony is a highly experienced designer and technical advisor and has been responsible for numerous innovative and complex buildings.

As senior Associate at ECD architects he designed award winning low energy buildings, including Spectrum 7 in Milton Keynes. He has also been responsible for many other significant and prestigious projects whilst working at other leading architectural practices.

Tony combines a rigorous creative approach to elegant yet functional design with an extensive knowledge and understanding of materials and construction.

Susan Venner RIBA chartered architect

Susan is an architect with extensive experience in the commercial, residential and educational sectors for both public and private clients.

Throughout her career she has maintained and developed her early interest in low environmental impact design and this is now a core
principle of Venner Lucas practice.

Prior to forming Venner:Lucas architects Susan was senior associate with Bill Dunster architects where she was responsible for a number of major projects including the international award winning zero carbon housing scheme BedZED, for which she was project architect.

Susan has lectured on sustainable design and construction both within the UK and abroad and is currently involved with the Bartlett School of Graduate Studies in a research project looking at reducing carbon emissions in existing properties.
